Short sleeve ruffled romper with a rounded neckline. Features side seam pockets on either hip & a tie at the waistline. Waistline tie can be adjusted and retied to be tighter  or more loose. The back features a button back opening at the neckline. Ruffled detailing on the sleeves and hemline. Super soft & stretchy material.
