Shipping
Any items purchased online are shipped through USPS. Free shipping is always available with orders over $75. Shipping costs under $75 are either $6.90 for Economy shipping (5-8 business days) or $7.90 for Standard shipping (3-4 business days). You have the option of choosing at checkout.
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 7 business days of your purchase date. If you haven't received any shipping information for your order after 7 days please reach out to us at sales@ivyandgrove.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
At this time we will not be held responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure to put in your correct shipping information at check out. If you realize there was a mistake with your shipping address please reach out to us within 24 hours, if it has not been fulfilled yet we can adjust the address.
Returns
Returns are eligible for in store credit within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date. Store credit is issued via email and NEVER expires!
Only full priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned. Any item that is marked down or was sold during a promotion is also FINAL sale. Please be advised that bodysuits will not be eligible for return at this time.
The items being retuned must be unworn, unwashed and must have tags attached. If tags are not attached the item will not be accepted for a return. Any damaged items need to be reported within 5 days of receiving your items. Please contact us at sales@ivyandgrove.com if you have any issues with your order.
To complete your return please email us at sales@ivyandgrove.com with a reason for the return and include your packing slip information. Please do not reach out via Instagram or Facebook Messages - only email please. The original packing slip is required inside of the return package so we know who's returning. If you cannot locate this please mention this in the email and we will do our best to provide you with a new one. We will reach out to you within 48 hours to complete the return if possible.
If you have an eligible return you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label sent to your email. Please note you have 7 business days to return your items (dropping off at the post office). After 7 days your order will not be eligible for a return due to your label being cancelled. After the 7 day period if the label has not been scanned by the post office and your label is cancelled you can reach out for a new return label at your own cost, after 30 days no returns will be issued. If possible you can reuse your original packaging, if not USPS provides free flat rate boxes. Once completed you can drop off your package and we will reach out to you when your return has arrived and has been processed. A store credit will then be emailed to you and will never expire.
